Dear Neil & Rob,
I must admit I was waiting to catch sight of the advert which I have
done this morning with the arrival of TTLB!
Just as
beautiful as I visualised!! Thank you so much for enabling me to
achieve what I knew should be done - it looks fantastic, raises the
event to the heights and will surely make the volunteers feel like real
celebrities!
The rest of the mag doesn't look to bad either!!

I was very lucky to win the luxury hamper donated
by Limes Farm, Farthinghoe. It was indeed a luxury hamper! Full of jars of
preserves, meats, drink and cheeses plus a very large delicious savoury
tart and a gorgeous Victoria sandwich both freshly made. I think a visit to this friendly farm shop and tea
room, managed by the owners Ian and Nicky Dorwood, would be very
worth-while.
Take it from me, the food is
mouth-watering.

Dear
Sir/Madam,
We just wanted to
thank-you for the free family ticket I won for a Banbury United home
match which we finally got to this Saturday 23rd Oct. Unfortunately we
didn't win, it was 2-0 to Oxford City, but we had a good afternoon out.
My daughter & husband joined us as well. My granddaughter Tia Williams
plays for the bufc under10 girls team & two other grandsons Dean &
Danny, who also play football at Drayton school, came with us. A good time
was had by all and we plan to do it again soon.

I just had to write to say thank you for the
voucher for "Cutting Edge" I had the most amazing day. Aimee
cut & coloured my hair, Jayne did my nails and the fish pedicure all I
can say is "wow"! I came out of the salon feeling a million dollars.
Thank you.

Bobby Cargill -
Was over the moon to win the £500 Marquee hire voucher from New
Folium Ltd in Banbury.

www.newfoliummarquees.co.uk
Hi Rob,
Thank you so very much - have received the
£500 New Folium Vouchers. Have never won anything before
and as I said I am overjoyed as I entered with my Grandson in mind,
he gets married next June and he will be in touch with the company
soon to arrange a booking. A message to people like me
'you never know how lucky you are going to be, enter and hope for
the best'.
Thank you once again and I am looking forward
to the next edition of 'Letterbox'.
Regards
Bobby

Hi
Just to say thank you for the Kaleidoscope dance lessons that I won
in the last issue of Through the Letterbox. My daughter can't
wait.
I would also like to say what a well presented and useful magazine
Through the Letterbox is and we have used it on a number of
occasions from using Yvonne Upton of Personal (NB actually called
Quality, not Personal) Care and Travel (01295
810462) for
nursing home runs for my elderly mother-in-law, to trying new
hairdressers or free coffees at the Herb Centre. We always
keep a copy to hand until the newer copy arrives.
Kind Regards
Jane Fallowfield

Dear
Robert,
First and foremost I would like to thank you for delivering Through the
Letterbox - enjoyable and some fantastic stories, with superb articles. I
love the info given by David Wilcox from Greatfield Plants "In the
Garden" and last months article "The Price of a Tooth" cheered me up,
thanks Jen Oakton. I was six in 1939 (start of WW2) and back
then we didn't get anything for our teeth from the tooth fairy.
No cash, no gift, no fuss!
Kind Regards
Mrs Veronica Taylor.

Dear Rob,
I just wanted to thank you for your article in 'Through the
letterbox' about your visit to Wroxton Abbey. We went yesterday on
your recommendation and loved it! We have lived in King's Sutton for
2 years and although we've passed through Wroxton on our way to
Stratford we had never heard that it was possible to walk in the
Abbey grounds.
We took our 2 and a half year-old and 11 year-old
daughters and their grandparents, and we all loved it. We had a
great lunch in the 'North Arms' pub garden too, so all in all we had
a lovely day.
I wonder if it would be possible for you to mention
in future articles whether you thought the location was push-chair
friendly or not and whether it's possible to get lunch etc, it would
take the guess work out of future days out!
Thank you for your articles, we look forward to more
great days out!
Best wishes,
Mrs Amanda Hermon

Hi there,
Was good to receive the news that
I had won the very nice ipod docking station, it is top
notch and as promised, please find attached some pics of me with the
prize. Blinkhorns were very accommodating and
I will also be purchasing some equipment from them in
the new year so the advertising is working.

Thank
you Robert for the £25 Farnborough Garden Centre gift voucher I won in
your competition, it was a timely surprise, arriving the
day after my 70th birthday! I want some more shrubs for the
garden and so will use it for this, but not until the Autumn.
Keep going with the magazine - one of the better freebies!!
Sincerely,
Jill Gainey.

Dear
Sir,
I am writing to say how pleased I am with my recent prize of a £100
Rug Voucher for the Carpet & Flooring Company. I recently
collected 2 rugs that I chose and they are absolutely gorgeous and
extremely good quality. I would also like to say how helpful and
courteous Dale Fletcher of The Carpet and Flooring Company was.
